Buongiorno, mi chiamo Patrick, e sono il proprietario dell'appartamento situato a Sanremo (IM).
L'appartamento si presenta esattamente così come visibile nelle foto ed è disponibile arredato o semiarredato o pure non arredato.
Il trilocale viene composto da: soggiorno, due camere da letto, cucina, due bagni e ampio terrazzo. Aggiungo che dispone di box auto ed è incluso nel prezzo. Disponibile anche parcheggio all'aperto.
L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, dispone di 92 mq, ottime rifiniture interne, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata, lavatrice, connessione internet wifi e tutto il necessario.
La richiesta è di 600 EUR al mese e il prezzo include le spese di amministrazione.
Se la proposta è di vostro interesse vorrei conoscere qualcosa su di voi, ad esempio dove lavorate o altro, quante persone dovranno vivere in casa e circa per quanto tempo avete intenzione di rimanere ?
