Used sublet.com to find an apartment in copenhagen. Sent $9.95 to contact Landlord. Then landlord would not reply. Has anyone used this account?
Standard listings are free to advertise on the site sublet.com and as with any classified listing site, you may or may not get a response. The advertiser is not obliged to acknowledge you.
It doesn't mean that it is a scam although I have no doubt that there will be some scammers advertising due to the fact that they can advertise for free.
