Good to read from you on your interest on my apartment, which i am leasing out for rent
The apartment is still very much available for rent. Just to give you a little low down about the apartment and myself. I am a British, i inherited the flat from my late father, as being is his child. He was actually residing there only, until his death with heart failure. Which is why i am offering the flat for lease. I am residing here in Madrid, Spain with my fiance. Who i am about getting married to in less than two months, i am presently working at the Hospital Universitario La Paz here in Madrid..
The whole flat is up for a total of 9000HKD per month. Which i also think is fair enough considering the location. I just need someone with an open heart, love and clean to occupy the apartment and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the apartment for now.
The flat comprises of two bedroom. Excellent condition inside. Good sized lounge, with a sofa, DVD player, stereo, and washing machine. Can sleep a max of 4, and ideal for family, couple and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.
Just to let you know, the keys are right here with me. But there wouldn't be any problem with that. As it can be posted to you, after all necessary agreement has be reached and signed into lease. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really an issue here , but your absolute maintenance of the apartment, because it is good to keep the property in good condition, just for the memories of my father. Who committed so much putting those facilities in place, so i wouldn't want an violation of my property if finally rented by you.
Address: Brilliant Court, 8 Kennedy Street, 2nd floor, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. And please note, Monthly Rent is only inclusive of of management fee and government rate. As for the utilities, there are no outstanding bills. So you be paying the bills and starting the lease with a clean slate The minimum lease term is 2 months, and a maximum of 2 years with a possibility of extension.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I am glad you could comply with the application process. I think we are now on track in reaching an agreement. I also appreciate your compliance with the attached photo, which put a face to your name. As i wouldn't be able to meet with you for now.like i previously said, with passing the property keys to you. I will need your most reliable address, where the signed hard copy of the tenancy document and keys could be delivered to you through a recorded delivery, as i would prefer you personally receive and sign for the delivery, just for safety purpose. As i would be sending the keys, and hard copy of the agreement, upon receiving the sign soft copy of the lease from you.
As for the first upfront rental payment. You will be paying a one month refundable deposit and the first month rent. I would also like to know how you intend sending the monthly rent for each month.
And also let me remind you, this agreement has to be entered in good faith. As much as we both want this to bring a good experience and relationship between us, with keeping the flat in good state and also paying your rent on time. At this point, i look forward to your response. so i could send over the lease draft for your review and decision. And bear in mind. I will be requesting for a scan copy of your passport ID, and also be sending you mine in return as soon as we reach an agreement, as advised.

I have prepared the tenancy lease agreement, and also witnessed by my fiance.
Kindly examine the terms and conditions on each clauses. Then if you are comfortable with it, before completing your name and sign it. You can then scan and email it to me, so i could document the hard copy, which i am posting along with the keys, receipt for the rent and deposit, and a letter of Occupancy from me to the management building to allow your moving in. The contract commences on the 15th of July. And i hope it suit's you. As i intend giving you some days to move into the apartment, do some clean up and also take down the list of inventories.
Like i earlier said. We can still re-evaluate the contract, if we are both still happy with our relationship after the first 1 year lease period. If you are still willing to continue. But for now lets settle and finalize on the lease. So we could both know our fate on this agreement.
As for my bank details.There are so much difficulties attach with international online banking transfer with reference to approval, clearance, and verification. So as advised, you can transfer the refundable deposit and two months rent. Through an international western union money transfer, which is also quite a secure way to transfer money at distances. And the 15th of each month is set aside for the monthly installment for the rent, as fixed on the lease. So you would be paying the second month rent on the 15th of September.
As for the delivery address. I am clear on it. I have earlier made an inquiry with one of the DHL Post center here. They said, it would take 2-3 working days for the delivery, as they don't operate during weekends. I would go about the shipping by tomorrow morning before getting to work. Upon receiving the signed lease from you. I will send you the details of the delivery, to enable you know when to await the delivery.
Regarding the transfer. I would leaving my details below. So i could pick up the fund at my most convenient time at my fiance office. He works with Trans-Fast International Money transmitter and they also operate international western union money transfer.
Let me know, if you have any objection with the lease agreement. As i look forward to hearing from you soon, and hopefully with the signed lease along side your attached International Passport ID. I am really looking forward to a great tenant/landlord relationship between us.
