3 STEPS ON HOW TO GET VERIFIED AS A POTENTIAL TENANT
1. The Potential Tenant will deposit the security amount using OneVanilla Prepaid Cards. OneVanilla Prepaid Card lets you enjoy the benefits of Realtor™ without a credit card or bank account – avoid interest charges and bank fees. The deposit will remain locked at the Potential Tenant until will meet the Realtor™ agent , inspect the apartment and takes a decision and only the Potential Tenant -James Le- can unlock the funds.
2. After the deposit was confirmed , Realtor™ will guarantee the tenant -James Le- to any Home Owner or Landlord.
The Owner involved in this agreement -Tiana N. Ward- will receive a letter of guarantee from Realtor™ informing her that our department is in possession of a deposit that represents the rent amount established by him regarding the property.
3. The Potential Tenant will meet with an agent from our department and inspect the property personally. After the Potential Tenant inspects the property he must decide regarding the completion of the rental agreement. The Potential Tenant has two options:
Sign the rental agreement and Realtor™ will get the OneVanilla Prepaid Cards with
security deposit.
Does not sign the rental agreement and our department will return immediately the deposit (the total amount of $1,000,00 without retaining any fees) to Potential Tenant (return time is no longer than 24 hours after receiving tenant's refund request).
ATTENTION: In both of cases the Realtor™ will not start the process without the Tenant make the exactly instructions. Only the Potential Tenant -James Le- can access the funds.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CONFIRM SECURITY DEPOSIT
For your rental you need to buy 2 OneVanilla Prepaid Cards and load $500.00 on each.
The deposit must be sent through OneVanilla Prepaid Cards. We can guarantee you 100% protection and insurance in this transaction. For security reasons the OneVanilla Prepaid Cards needs to be completed in person at any CVS Pharmacy, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Dollar General,Fred's, 7-Eleven etc. Go with cash, No Online or Credit Card and pick up OneVanilla Prepaid Visa or MasterCard from the Prepaid Product Section and take it to the register.

Important notice:
Once the security deposit is complete, we will proceed the rental process to show at Potential Tenant the apartment.. We will inform the Home Owner that the security deposit was confirmed. Just follow the instructions above.
