Hello,
Thank you for your interest in renting my apartment. My German language is very bad, I hope you can understand me. I would like to introduce myself: My name is Maria Loudres Martin Serrano Casarrubios and I come from Ciudad Real / Spain.
The apartment is mine, I bought it together with my ex-husband and after the separation (divorce) the apartment and many other goods came back to me. I decide not to return to Germany and do not want to sell the apartment, so I want to rent the apartment for any period (from 1 month to 5 years or more). I don't want to make any money renting, but what interests me is finding a responsible tenant who can keep the apartment clean and in good condition.
The apartment is located on ( WEIDENGASSE 61, 50670 COLOGNE ), is fully furnished and has recently been renovated, as you can see in the photos ( https://bit.ly/3jjJPMD ). The apartment is rented for the first time since the renovation. The whole apartment has new furniture. The apartment can also be rented unfurnished.
The apartment is on the second floor and the building is in very good condition.
This is a 2 bedroom apartment with:
1 bedroom
1 bath
1 kitchen
1 living room
1 cellar
2 parking spaces
With a total area of 67m².
The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, stove, iron, microwave, grill, toaster, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, LED TV, DVD player, etc.
The additional costs ( heating costs, electricity, gas, water costs, garbage disposal, property tax, building insurance, internet and cable TV ) are included in the " warm rent " of 484 euros / month . I want a " deposit " of 500 euros which will be refunded when you leave the apartment (I need to know the date you will leave 2 months in advance).
In the meantime, please confirm the following steps:
· How many people would live on the property?
· When do you want to move? (Check-in date)
· What term do you want to rent?
· Do you have pets?
· When are your best times / days to visit the property?
If interested, please give me some information about yourself (age, occupation, lifestyle, or whatever you think makes a good tenant).

You seem like a very nice person and I can assure you that we won't have any problems.

Step 2.
You have to deposit the first monthly rent ( 484.00 € ) + guarantee ( 500.00 € ) totaling 984.00 € with Airbnb.
Step 3.
Once the payment has been made, Airbnb will send the agent with the keys and the entire document to the address he provided to me and escort him to my apartment to visit.
If you agree to rent the apartment after visiting the Airbnb agent, you will need to sign the rental agreement and move in on the date you want.
If you don't rent it, Airbnb will refund your money and give me the keys.
