As regards to a visit in other to view the apartment and get more acquainted, I told you in my previous mail that i did got relocated due to my new job,so my apartment is currently locked as i have the keys over here with me as i would want my eventual tenant to meet the apartment in good condition and nothing different from what is been shown in pictures.

I was in Koln twice last month because of the interested individuals who will like to rent the apartment, but they were unserious and only wasted my time.

I must say it’s really good to hear from you with all your details i would like to have someone like you as my tenant. However before i can secure the apartment for you i have to be sure about your financial capabilities and also know that you are really serious about renting as i wouldn’t want my time wasted. I am a lady of integrity and great personality and wouldn’t indulge in any sought of unjust to tarnish my own image. I have got a very good job which earns me a good living to be comfortable with. So i assure you are on safe hands renting from me.

So therefore if you would like to proceed, the rental contract would be made and sent over to you and once you agree with the terms and conconditions, you can then proceed to sign and make the payment to reserve it.

The rental contract would only proceed as soon as you agree to my terms of renting.

Kind regards,

Nane
