Rental scam: [email protected]

If you receive a reply to a wanted add or you find a property listed by a Mrs Lynn Mason under the email address [email protected]... Ignore! It is a scam! They try to get you to send bank details to prove your good for the rent payments... It's a pretty obvious scam: bad English, dodgy details and a low rent. They did however provide me with an address and matching postcode and pictures that all seemed plausible. Be warned... Stay clear!

Even though his spelling and grammar are atrocious, foreigners might not be aware of these mistakes. Please post the text complete with the address the scammer is using; it with help other victims who do a Google search.
