Hello Michelle,
There will be no problem viewing the property, just fix a time and keep me updated, but like i told you i will have to be sure you indeed want to get the property,i have to be sure you are indeed capable of paying the deposit and first month rent, and these is due to some previous experiences, people just contact me regarding the House without been capable of the rent bill, for example a lady contacted me some weeks ago about the property and after taking her for the viewing, she saw the Property and liked it,but she was,tn capable of the rent bill and she never made it known to me initially,it was later that i starting trying to make negotiations, and despite the fact that i still gave my best toward that i later got to realize he was,tn really ready to get the Property so i hope you understand these,so for me to know you are ready and capable,You will have to show me a confirmation Proof and the Proof i Require is very easy, all you need to do is to send a month rent and the deposit to any of your Partner/friend through western union, and as soon as you get it sent just get back to me with the scan copy of the receipt issued to you after the transaction so i can confirm it,and as soon as i confirm it, i will then get back to you immediately in order for you to pick up your money, then we can make a rendezvous to me to go and view the property,i also want you to know that i will refund to you the transfer charges when you come for the viewing, so you have nothing to loose even when you come to view the property and you think you are okay with it, but i bet you you will not want to loose the property when you see.
I hope you understand these. i Hope to read from you soon. You can reach me on 07045747971.
Regards
Dennis
The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
