Thank you for your interest. My name is Adriana Emants and from the Internet add, you could see, the apartment is located at Avda. Cesar Augusto, 5, Barrio Plaza de Toros, Distrito Casco Historico, 50004 Zaragoza and it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (85 m²).
I'm the owner of the apartment and I'm looking forward to rent it as soon as possible, because I just recently moved to London, United Kingdom with my job and my accommodation period will be about 5 years. That's the reason I want to rent it at this price, and find the proper tenant, someone who will treat and care my apartment likes it was his own.
The contract will be signed for the period of time that you need, with the possibility of renewing it for 5 years the most and the rent for 1 month is € 400.00 for the whole apartment including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, 2 parking spots, air conditioning, washer / dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator).
As you could see, from the photos the apartment is fully furnished but you can feel free to move it wherever you like. If you have your own furniture, I will take mine away, so don't worry because I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage. You can move in the apt in the same day you receive the keys with the rental contract.
The only problem is that I'm the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thank you for your reply but the matter is that I'm in London already. Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 1 month is € 400.00 plus the deposit € 400.00 so the total will be € 800 (for the whole apartment), with no extra taxes to pay.
About the money, I would like to receive it monthly into my bank account and I hope there will be no problem for you to wire the money to it. The apartment is ready for you, you only need to receive the keys and the contract so you could check it out, and see if you like it.
Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx, DHL or UPS, which will handle the payment and delivery of the Keys.
I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apartment only after you will receive the keys, and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apartment or not before I receive my payment.
