I hope you got the previous email i sent you regarding how to make the payment , Have received so many fake and Counterfit check that almost got me into Jail . You are to wire the security deposit and the first month rent . How lucky i am . I never knew there is a Western Union near to me. As you know am new to this area here in Athens Greece . There is a western Union agent location fourth avenue to where i reside . I got an email here on face book from my partner Sara telling me she wont be around till next week . So go ahead now to western union and make the security deposit and the first month rent which is $1,400 to my name

I want you to know that i have ignore other emails regarding the apartment . So the ball is in your court . Am heading to work now and i will check my email when am less busy at work to receive your application form and the reference and as well the Western Union Information all scanned to me . I hope that is understood, Do not forget to fill the application form and email it back to me . I also need your present address so that i can mail the keys and the papers to you .. The application form as been attached to this mail kindly print out the form and sign on it as well then scan it back to me via email as well,then i will print it out right here and make a copy of it then i will record it to my file,mind you i will send one of the copy to you via UPS service both with the keys and the document.
Concerning the key and the necessary document you have no problem in receiving it i will be sending the key to you Via UPS service and get back to you with a tracking number for you to be able to track it and know when exactly the package will arrive.
Here are the contents of the packages that will be deliver to you via UPS courier service after you make the payment

2)Paper/Permanent house form (Containing your reference details)

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
