Thank you for the most eloquent response to my listing, I'm the owner of the apartment you are making inquiry of, Actually i resided in the apartment with my family, before and presently we had packed due to my transfer from my work, and now situated in London, United Kingdom and presently my apartment is still available for rent, We try to look for an honest Agent or a Friend that we can give this Keys and document before we left but could not see and we don't want our apartment to be used any how in our Absent that is why i brought the keys along with me here. As you know that, Pls get back to me on how you could take care of my Apartment or perhaps experience you have in renting apartments, Hope you are okay with the Monthly price which includes all utilities bills Electricity, water, heating, internet, disposal bills, etc.
There is also a Hydro included , Air Conditioning ,Dishwasher, Fridge , Stove ,Assigned / Secured parking ,Fitness facilities ,microwave , Washer , Dryer , Cable / Satellite ,Internet connectivity, Storage locker,Fireplace.
The apartment is $900/month and the security deposit is $450

Its a spacious and lovely apartment, Utilities are included are included in the rent and Pets are allowed. Kitchen completely equipped :

- Washing Machine and Electric.
There is a storage in the apartment where you can move my furniture into(If you don't want them), if you which to move in with your furnished items, no problem. Please i want you to note that I'm a kind and honest man and also i spent a lot on my property that i want to give you for rent, i will want you to take absolute care of my apartment and I want you to treat it as your own, money is not the most important thing but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat whenever i come for a check up.
Notice : Pls note that i will not be available to show you around the apartment, as i would have to send you the keys through DHL COURIER SERVICE ON A NEXT DELIVERY TO YOUR HOUSE and move in asap. Deposit Payment is required.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
