Rental scammer [email protected]

Hey,

I am writing because I think I might be dealing with a scammer. Nothing bad happened yet but I don't know if I should accept this offer. I was trying to find out more about this person and his e-mail but somehow I couldn't find any information so I began to suspect him.I really would apreciate your help.I still hope he is not scammer

So here is some information about him.

FIRST LETTER

Hello,
Am Samuel pepper,Actually am offering two furnished bedrooms for rent and for shares in at apartment located at the central city in a cool and nice environment surrounded by lot of supermarket and shop mart,business center e.t.c.

Each room cost 2500DKK per month including all bills and the refundable deposit of 5000DKK for a room while the whole apartment cost 5000DKK and the refundable security deposit cost 10000DKK.the apartment is fully furnished and well okay for a clean person.

AMENITIES AVAILABLE

OUTSIDE :Barbecue, Disabled Facilities,Allocated Parking space,Balcony Terrace.

INSIDE:Kitchen,2Bedrooms,2Bathrooms,2Toilet, washing machine,

Thanks for your mail,actually the whole apartment is available for rent now but let me know if you will be renting a room or the whole apartment,the apartment is located at Yrsavej 10,2000 Frederiksberg, Dänemark.......Oh sorry i will not be available for the viewing as i told you that i just secure a new job in Scotland and all the apartment keys are here with me but i will mail you the apartment pictures in my next mail for you to decide if you will be renting it or not then we can talk on the reservation process and how to get the keys.

Please help me as soon as it is possible.I really hope this guy is not scammer as I am really in a hurry to find a place where to live..

Unfortunately, the English tells me you are dealing with an African, and the emails themselves tell me this is a definite scammer.

The next thing he will do is offer an arrangement to get the keys to you. Ultimately, you will need to send money somewhere (to him, a friend, or a fake escrow site in order to get the keys--but after you wire it, the money will be gone, and you will have no keys, because the scammer doesn't own an apartment anyway.

Yes,I figured it out after I wrote the topic here.I found that he used another e-mail I am so glad I have that suspicious feeling about all people because I actually never heard about such rental scammers ( I know it's weird just never rented so much before)....and it seems that they tried to fool me twise!! he used two e-mails,another e-mail was [email protected] and I found out that it is definitely a scammer. I didn't notice this at first but then checked the post again and what do you know it seems it is the same person.
Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it. I am glad I wasn't hurted..

I have been in touch with this Scammer also. I thought I'd check and I typed in his e-mail address and here it showed up. Thanks! Watch out for this guy! Don't trust him!

I have received a scam email using the same images (you can drag any image into Google Images and it will show the source), mine were linked to Paris and Baton Rouge ads. I would like to signal that a person called Samuel Pepper is still making a fraud in Belgium. I found him on expatriates (I already signaled to the website that the announce is a fraud) and here is what he wrote me:

All info is the same. The messages are identical and the same photos are sent.
