Ich möchte die Wohnung langfristig mieten .Die monat liche Miete beträgt ist 439,00 Euro (inkl betriebskosten). Ich bin Ingenieur in der Entwicklung von Windkraftanlagen. Seit 3 Jahren arbeiten in der Entwicklung grüner Energie zusammen. Jetzt nach Vertragsende werde ich mit meiner Familie nach Schweden zurückkehren, um ein neues Projekt zu starten.

Ich habe diese Wohnung in Deutschland vor eineinhalb Jahren für eine langfristige Investition gekauft.
