Hello,
I feel happy that you replied back, my point is to leave the house in good hands. Well, now I can tell you something about me, I am 42 years old, I lived there until 2 years ago, but I returned home to Hilversum, Netherlands after my work contract was over and because of the difficulties created by the pandemic I chose to stay permanently. Thank God, everything is fine now.
Because I'm out of the city, I can't meet with all potential tenants, therefore I choose Booking services which offers a simple control process for owners and new tenants, so we can do it as quickly as possible. I will use this service only for beginning to find a tenant. I've traveled before for a supposed tenant and when I arrived there he did not answer anymore. Because I have lost money and time, as a precaution I chose this option.
There will be a regular contract between us according to German law for the period wanted by you (like I said, I rent for a long term). You will have a completed registration form when I have signed.
The meeting will take place in the apartment and you will receive the keys.
If you agree with the process I need your full name, address, phone number and a copy of your ID/passport or schufa information/proof of income from you (e.g., in the form of pay slips), to complete the lease agreement.
The rent is 1050€/month including all utilities. To move in, you will need to pay the rental price for 1 month + a security deposit (1000 Euros) refundable at the end of the lease.
After you give me your details, I will start the rental process on Booking platform. You will not pay any additional commission or other taxes.
Booking will send you the registration form and the renting contract that you must complete with all the required information.
