I sent you renting steps and conditions in my previous e-mail ( apart from the one with pictures ) and we can proceed whenever you feel ready.
The flat indeed will come fully furnished, with all electro-equipments and fully updated kitchen.
The property is available for rent for as long as you want it, you are going to sign a normal rental agreement for the entire period of your stay. Once the flat is blocked and paid through Airbnb you can visit it. Please note that everything works on a reservation system as described in my 1st email to block the apartment for yourself and then will be able to send keys over from Spain for viewing and contract.
Let me know as soon as possible if you are interested because there are more interested peoples waiting to rent it...

- Actual address
- Email address

- A picture of your ID/passport
Once I get the requested info I'll send you the Airbnb link to book the flat.
