Hello, you can rent my property through Airbnb (www.airbnb.com) for a minimum of one month and a maximum of five years, with a contract. The property will be available for rent starting from July 11th. Please note that it has already been booked until July 9th, so there is no need to arrange visits or viewings because I am sure that it will be reserved/rented by July 11th.
Regarding the reservation, the monthly rent is €440, which includes all utilities. The security deposit with Airbnb is €440 + €23 (fees). To reserve/rent the property, you must pay a total of €903 (€440 + €440 + €23). Your security deposit (€440) will be refunded by Airbnb after the contract expires. I can provide you with the Airbnb booking link when you are ready and have €903 available on your credit/debit card or bank account. Within 5 minutes, you can reserve/rent the property and move in from July 11th onward.
