At the moment the apartment is occupied until the 28th of August and based on a reservation I can keep it for you.
As we are now living back home in Switzerland, we use Airbnb's long term platform to handle the rental of our apartment. The apartment can be booked on request, for a minimum of 1 month ( 850 EUR). A refundable security deposit will be required (1000 EUR ) which will be returned to you on your check-out date.
All long term bookings are insured by Airbnb's protection program which will allow you 2 days to inspect the apartment and its facilities.In case of unlikely cancellation, you have 2 days starting with the first day of booking to cancel the reservation and in case of unlikely cancellation you will be reimbursed the amount paid to Airbnb
If you would like to make a booking, I will need the following information from you:

Last 3 pay slips or the employment contract:
Note: As soon as the reservation is confirmed, my husband will come there in the moment you move in to sign the rental agreement for the desired period (minimum 1 month to 1-2-3 years) so that you can use it to register at the apartment address with the local authorities, if needed.
