Hello,

Thanks for the interest you have shown in the room. It would be wonderful having you as my flatmate and i believe we would get along well. The period you need the room is really perfect for me and it`s possible for you to take a month rent first and later extend your stay. That would not be a issue.

About me: Am 27year old, I was born in London and grew up here and most of my live here. I work with a Insurance company here in london. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, seeing/experiencing places around London with new flatmates find jobs, learning new things, music, films and writing.

I drink wine occasionally but I don't smoke cigarettes. I have had various international roommates in the past that i help secure a Job post in my work and helps of friend so when you arrive we would do something.

I'm looking for a laid back, open, clean and social person and i believe you are one. I want a equally respectable housemates who don't to join me in the kitchen and have a glass of wine while I prepare dinner and we'll share stimulating conversation and sometimes we each have our own independent lives becasue i love to respect peoples privacy.

I would resereve the room for you if you want and to proceed, You would have to re-confirm the following to me so that i can go to the housing Committee lawyer to pick up A draft tenancy agreement to Send to you so you can review the Terms and see if they are ok For you or if you will like Anything to be added or removed against your arrival.

*Full name-
*Current address-
*Exact move-in date-
*Duration of stay-

I await the details as i await your arrival in London and it would be great to have you in the flat. Have a nice time and i await your response.

Cheers,
Lovette.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Hello,

Thanks for the interest you have shown in taking the room.

You sound nice and friendly i feel it would be nice having you as a flatmate and i believe we would get along well. That would be good if you would like to take a month rent first and later extend your stay.

I will go to the housing Committee lawyer to pick up a draft tenancy agreement for the room to Send to you so you can review the Terms and see if they are ok For you or if you will like Anything to be added or removed. I have also attached my picture for you to see your flatmate.

My flat is a conducive one where you can study and your friends and families are highly welcomed to visit you for sure. You are surely going to feel at home.I do hope the rent charges will not be an issue, because I'll be charging an adv payment of security deposit which I'll refund after you move in.

I have also stopped replying other inquiries about the room because i believe we would get along just fine and it would be lovely to have you as a flatmate.

Have a wonderful day and Hope to hear from you soon.

Cheers,
Lovette.

Hello,

How is the weather over there today and hope you having a wonderful day as well.

Thanks for the interest shown in the room, it would be wonderful having you around soon. I have now attach the agreement, Please, read carefully and make sure you understand all details, then you would have to fill the forms also append your signature where necessary and send it back to me quick so i can return to the housing Committee office for documentation .

I have also attached my council tax bill ID from the Westminster council here in London for your reference so as to clarify that i am the true owner of the flat. I hope you understand my point? I had to take my time to explain all this to you because my Attorney asked me to.

We can now move to the financial part. I will need you To make an payment of a security deposit Like I told you before.. Bank to bank transfer takes several weeks to reflect and sometimes don't even reflect on my account and this could cause misunderstanding between you the sender and i the receiver. That why my solicitor advised me on a safe, fast and reliable way to make the payment. so I can settle All the council charges and housing Committee fees and send the Receipt to you so that you Will have no problems moving In when you get here.

Please send the funds via a Money Transfer Service like Money Gram or Western union..and send the transfer Details to me with the Reference Number and the Sender's Full Name so I can receive the Cash easily here..

Send it to

Lovette Gary.

London, UK.

Just look for the nearest Western union Outlet office to you and fill the form to make the transfer.. I'll refund the transfer charges To you or deduct the fees from the rent Whatever you like. I would need your flight details which should include arrival time, date and terminal, i would be available to pick you at your landing destination.

Get in touch when you have sent It so I will be able to pick It up here..

Have a lovely day..

Hope to read from you soon.

Cheers,
Lovette.
