Hello ,
How are you doing and thanks for the interest shown in my flat. The room is available for you.

Where are you at the moment and what do you intend to do in London ?

My flat is located at High St Kensington, London W8 5NP.

The are various supermarkets, pubs, pharmacist, gym and other places near the house. The transportation link is just about the best you can also have too.

The rent is 90pounds a week which includes all council tax/bills like gas, electricity, water, internet, central heat, cleaner and security(you would not have to pay extra bill). There is also a desk in the room !

A security deposit of 300pounds is required which would be refunded back to you when leaving the flat.

You would be sharing the flat with myself and another female 24,i am a Lawyer 28, and we are friendly to be with. I hope you are also friendly .

I look forward to hearing from you soon and feel free to ask anything .

Cheers,
Patricia

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

You can make a transfer of the deposit and rent to yourself by western union and then send me a proof of the transfer. If this is done then i will keep the room for you and after yo arrive and we meet, you would receive the money at western union close to my apartment and pay me in cash ok ?

We will also sign an agreement for the tenancy.I could send the agreement to you now or if you prefer to sign it when you arrive .

I await your response shortly !

Patricia
