Hello,
I am so glad to read from you again and i think my property is perfect for you due to the location to your University.Since you are not around now and not moving in now,i will suggest we sign a Rental agreement contract and you pay the refundable deposit because i cannot assure you that i will reserve the property for you without any commitment. This is because there are lots of time wasters on here and i dont want to fall a victim again for once beaten twice shy.See below the details requested for the preparation of the Rental agreement contract....
Name:
Address:
Contact number:
Move in and move out date:

Clara

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I understand you need to see what you are paying for and its ok with me.I also just need to be assured that you are serious about coming and have the money available because there are lots of time wasters on here.If you can prove these to me,then i can reserve the property for you and wait till you view it before making any payment to me.
