Thanks for your email and your interest on my home. It was a great pleasure to reading your message and the house is very much available for rent, I personally own the property. It is with deep regret to me that i have to find someone to rent my home due to my Job, I work with the European Aviation Air Charter, I recently had a problem with my wife which lead to Divorcing her and my daughter just got married and need to relocate with her husband. After some few months i got a job transfer to Western Part of Africa Nigeria for my Job relocation as a Senior Staff Manager about some weeks now, I now have to work with the European Union Aviation Air Charter in Nigeria and also attached as a Pilot with the Safrican Airline.
I move to Nigeria with no one living in my house due to my Appointment letter was very urgent, I wanted to make sure the house was rented before moving to Nigeria and i find it quite difficult because i couldn't wait any longer due to my appointment to Nigeria. I urgently need someone with an open heart, love and clean to occupy the apartment and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the house for now.

If you so wish to rent my home, I will like to know more about you and your family, probably pictures and your renting experience, how long do you intend staying and when do you intend moving in. We also require a good and responsible family that is neat.

The keys to the house are right here with me and will be send it to you after all necessary agreement has be reach/accepted and signed into lease. I would also need your absolute maintenance of the house and let me have the trust in you as I always stand on my word because that is the only valuable property i have now after my divorce and it took me so much time and money to put all facilities in place.
So i wouldn't want any violation on my property if finally rented by you. The monthly rental fee is $700 including all utilities and the security deposit is $500 which is refundable back to you at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged from my properties. My phone # is +2347028090622.
Note: Because we are not currently in town now we won't be able to setup a viewing time but you are free to walk or drive by the property to view the exterior part of it and get back so we can proceed on the Application and Lease Agreement.
