Currently I am not around, I recently got transferred over to United - Kingdom 1 months ago because I won a bidding contract from my company (Textile Industry) which I bided for sometime ago for the introduction of new Industries in United - Kingdom. So I had to move down to United - Kingdom quickly to have my company set up because I will be staying here up to 3 years, and I have been staying here in United - Kingdom for the past one months. Before I moved to United - Kingdom, I looked for an agent to rent out the apartment for me but unfortunately for me I couldn't get an honest agent so I decided to rent it out myself. You will be doing me a great favor if you should rent my home because I am only looking for a responsible person to take very good care of my home for me while am here. And the building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed, $700 per month......So you can go ahead and view the house but you can't be able to view the inside. Well if you notice you will discover that the price am offering is far below standard price this is enough for you to know that I am not after the rental fee but the absolute care and maintenance of my property. I was about to go through with the Aaron one until I looked in the phone book and his name wasn't in it, then I googled his email address and it took me to the scamwarners site. After I stopped talking to him I got a message from a new one [email protected] which is also a scam. Im scared that since the Aaron one has my name and boyfriends name he will start new email addresses under our names They seem so real until they tell you how to pay, that is when I stopped emailing the first guy.

Also Aaron says he has one in Red Deer Alberta

The last line in this seems so much like a threat too ... "And i will not want you to disappoint me". ... who says that?

Scammers hide behind email accounts and only want you to send money to them. They are not strong arm robbers and typically are in a totally different continent than you.

Just cease contact with the scammer. Block their email address. If you are sent anything like a check, either destroy it or take it to the police with copies of the email exchanges you have had.

Did the scammer use the same email address as listed in this topic? Did you check the headers to see where the scammer is emailing from?

I blocked him and no I didn't send him any money I found out before I did. He did use the same email address as the one on here. Then there is also the other guy who was emailing me -- [email protected] but I never answered him because it was close to the same email meaning its a scam.

It says hes from SUNNYVALE, CA

Sunnyvale is the location of Yahoo's headquarters; so the scammer used a trick to hide his real location.
