Hi Guys, BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING; [email protected] 
a friend of mine recently looked for a furnished flat in Cape town and found one advertised by "Lisa Potter"
pictures and price sounded to good to be true, but we could not view till deposit was paid.
western union MoneyBookers were to be the agents, once deposit is paid then you get the keys after two days!
Alarm bells went off and i started dragging the conversation out, found their English language usage questionable.
Flat had everything you could wish for and more, to good to be true for R6000.00/month
so I changed over to Afrikaans in my emails, they used Google translate to reply after the third request to converse in Afrikaans, they are very sly and persistent, be careful its a scam!

It is very easy to make a payment with Western Union,you need to locate an office WU and go there with cash money,at the office you will fill in a payment paper your full name and address and moneybookers agent name and address received in the invoice. After you complete the deposit at office WU who will take maximum 15 minutes you will receive a copy from the payment paper,you must scan this paper and provide it to moneybookers from e-mail so they can verify the deposit and deliver the keys and contract to inspect the apartment. Please let me know your answer ASAP.

Patricia told me that first R6000 deposit will be completed yesterday but i not received any answer from Patricia and you contacted me on his name but i don't know who are you,whi Patricia not contact me to conclude the rental? What need to be made now is the deposit to moneybookers agent from the invoice and confirmed to moneybookers so they verify the verify it and deliver the keys and contract for inspection of the apartment.
