Hence the management management insist that all the rental agreement must have been concluded before detailing a potential tenant to come for viewing when the landlord is not around to conduct the viewing personally the violator is subjected to a fine.

Once the contract and the payment is made, a signed letter of authorization will be sent to you after which you can then proceed to the management office for the keys.

If this is ok by you i can send you the signed copy of the contract along with a scan copy of my IC and a proof of ownership as a guarantee and then you make the payment tomorrow and move in on Saturday.
