I saw your profile on share-accommodation, i have enclosed pictures of my apartment in the attached below,My Apartment Comprises of two bedroom with built-in wardrobe and storage, living/dining room with settee, table & chairs, television stand ( television not supplied / galley kitchen with double-oven cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, shower-room/toilet... high speed internet facility high speed inter , toilet and bath is en suite with the room, There is also garage for your car park and garden.
Please note that I'm only looking to rent the property to a very discipline person,cool headed and an understand. After renting the apartment you can bring visitors of your own but must be nice person

Thanks for your swift response,i am only looking for someone who's tidy and clean so as to be able to maintain my apartment. I am presently out of Auckland to the USA (Unites State of America) but that won't deprive me for letting my house to you. I came here to look after my sick mother.
More so, I have already make all the necessary arrangement for the documents and the payment if i see anybody that is really very serious of renting and in which I would give you reference number to the FedEx office in Auckland, here you would get the keys to my apartment, because without the reference number, nobody can get the keys except someone i give it to and i would be called to confirm first. Let me know what you think. Although I might not know the kind of person you are but I believe even knowing you before moving in doesn’t mean I would know if you have any bad behavior or something, it is just a matter of getting to know each other during the process of staying together.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
