L'appartement est dans la rue calme et résidentielle, à proximité des centres commerciaux, supermarchés et restaurants, entièrement meublé, parquet, cuisine entièrement équipée (four, réfrigérateur / congélateur), salle de bains (douche, WC), Internet / câble / téléphone. l'appartement dispose d'un salon décoré avec goût sur ??la face avant dispose d'une loggia avec de grandes fenêtres, ce qui peut s'ouvrir complètement en été. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
You will need to pay to reserve the flat.Like you know,there are many people looking to rent rooms nowadays,For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer, then I will post the keys of the apartment and the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed. The tracking number of DHL will be given to you which you will use to collect the Keys at DHL, once again please make sure you keep my Apartment clean cause i would not be there until I finished my contract here in London and I will also send you my Passport along with contract.
