I have a 3 bedroom apartment located at 101/200 La Trobe Street
Melbourne VIC 3000, I occupied one of them at the moment,two tenants
whom lived with me moved out about a couple of months ago, they
traveled back to Canada, So I just decided to rent out the place as am
lonely living in the house alone....
Like I said in my profile Maria Lopez is my name, 34yrs old female ,
professional, straight, Christian, I grew up in sydney, I like
adventures , honest and clean. Tell me about yourself.
My place is affordable , popularly located in the heart of CBD,just at
the intersection of Latrobe & Swanston Streets, Opposite Melbourne
Central, Close to QV, RMIT & State Library, all public transport, such
as train, bus, & tram including free city circle tram.
It comprises of new a kitchen with stainless steel Smeg dishwasher,
induction hob, oven, Omega rangehood, plenty of cupboards, servery to
dining area, neat older style bathroom with bathtub, separate internal
laundry, Light and airy floor position, Spacious floor plan includes
double size bedroom and built ins, flexible open plan study zone and
dining/living areas flow to sunny easterly balcony. Recently
refurbished by my husband to a very high standard of interior design
and also have an off street parking facility. Internet is also
available there.
That's all i could say for now until you have a taste of my place. I'm
looking to rent out my place to a neat and responsible person to share
my available rooms with.
The minimum stay is two weeks ($500/Month) utilities included such as
Internet access(wireless), Parking space, electricity, water, laundry,
dishwasher, kitchen utensils e...t.c ,Bond: $500.00 (The Bond is a
refundable security deposit)....
I have successfully attached some picture of my apartment for you to
view what i am talking about.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
Thanks for the reply, I have been busy taking care of my husband whom had been sick for days now. Presently I am in St Mary's Hospital (United Kingdom) to visit my husband. This is one of the reason I want to lease my apartment out, but just two rooms because I live in the third room and I would be coming down to Australia as soon as my husband is back on his feet .
You can go take a look at the apartment from outside and let me know if you're ready to rent my apartment. All I can do is make arrangement for the documents through my solicitor because I have my keys here with me and as soon as my solicitor is able to complete the necessary documentation, He will inform me and I will send the keys to you via courier post next day delivery and you can move in as soon as you want.
I dont know how often you check your email but if you're willing to secure my place from what I have told you above. I would need these information below to prepare the lease agreement for you.
Name in full, Contact address, Phone number, Occupation, Age, Sex, Preferable Move in Date, Marital status and Total Period of rent/Stay.
I would need you to give me the information required which I listed above, so that I can forward them to my lawyer to prepare your lease document and email them to you as soon as possible. I will make available scan copy of my passport too and send them to you as soon as you're willing to rent my place.
