Well having read a number of the posts on this site it looks like 76 Mildmay South Grove in Islington is regularly targeted by the so & so's trying to scam people on Gumtree. I've received 6 replys to my ad in the last 4 days - all of them fake/fraudulant. It's a shame as years ago Gumtree was always reliable for finding flats/flatmates.
