I went on a bit of a hunt last night and found myself on CL and found an advert for Victoria Ave Perth ([email protected] is also using this same property address for their scam)

Here is the email I got after sending an "inquiry" about the place:

I went for a Christian Missionary Mission & right now am not in the country,i will like you to get in touch with my wife in United Kingdom,( london,England ) for more discussion and Pictures as She is with the keys and the document to the Apartment.Please i want you to note that I am a kind and honest man and also I spent alot on my property that i want to give to you for rent..I will solicit for your absolute mentenance of this Apartment and want you to treat it as your own,is that taken ? it is not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for check up which i do once in a while and give 1month notice before i come for check up.I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word......

I did an IP address (41.58.82.11) search and ding!...you guessed it! Lagos, Nigeria!

Sad thing is I did a google search on the name Rev Aaron Walters and there are a few of them and they all really are Pastors/Rev. These poor men are having their name used and abused
