Just for the record, Adla Maco also uses the email address '[email protected]'. Here's his message to me for an appartment in Berlin:

Hello,
Thanks for replying to my ad. My name is Adla Maco, so a short
description about the apartment. My fully furnished 2 bedroom
apartment is 96m2 and it has 2 rooms,basement, living room furnished
with a couch chair, toilet/bath with shower, bathtub and guest WC.

The apartment is 500 Eur per Month which include the utilities in the
apartment and includes all bills and deposit of 800 Eur which will be
refunded to you after your stay if nothing is damaged or loss in the
apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped,the rooms are
furnished with bed, drawer, reading table,single chair sitter etc.

The apartment is also equipped with TV, CD, fridge, internet, chairs,
wardrobe,reading table,Heater,cooker,washing machine,dish washer ETC.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and cool environment, it
is situated at Reichenberger Str. 133 10999 Berlin Kreuzberg, it is
about 10 Mins walk to the city center, it is a 2bedroom with 1
kitchen, sofa furnished living room, toilet and bath in the master
bedroom and another toilet with a shower also in the living room.

Pets that are registered and that possibly have references could be
allowed in my apartment, little extra decorations or paintings could
only be allowed after you ask for permission to do so, smoking not
allowed in the apartment(outside or at the balcony is OK), partying
always is not allowed.

I am sorry if the terms and condition stated above is any how
complicated, just that i need someone to take good care of my property
like the place were his or her own at my absence.

So let me know if you are still interested so that we can proceed
with the rent as i am not in Germany at the moment i am actually in
Scotland currently and i am renting my apartment out because i just
had a new contract with my job here in Scotland which will extend my
stay here for more years so i have to stay here in Scotland for longer
period with my family and i am renting it out for a long term as long
as you intend to stay, short term rental is also available, so let me
know if you are still interested so that we can proceed on the rent
of the apartment. Waiting to read from you as soon as you can.
