Roland rents in London

I think this is a scam.
I would like to book an apartment through them. they wanted that I would have transfer 700 via western union or transfer bank and insisted ipytalis convince me. When I asked whether my friend who is in London to meet and see the apartment , them replied that of course is possible but first of all transfer the money.I think that it is scam.

Welcome to ScamWarners Stepa. My belief is anyone who asks for money by Western Union or any other transfer service BEFORE anything else is a scam. They just want your money.

I personally make it a practice NOT to send money to anyone through a means that I do not have any way of disputing and getting the money back. Western Union and MoneyGram, specifically, do not have any means for you to retrieve any money you send through their system.

This sure seems like it is a scam and the requirement to send money BEFORE you can do anything, including have your friend look at the rental sounds the ALARM bells to me.

I would move on and not spend any more time with this person.
