The email below was received after answering a Craigslist post. As it has many similarities (formulations, names, e-mail addresses) with reported scams in this forum I regard it as a scam.

The total amount is $700 for 7-nights @$100 per night, which includes cleaning fees and tax.
To secure the Apartment down for your dates, a 50% prepayment is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due in cash upon arrival. 50% of the rental fee will be ($350) + $300, a fixed refundable damage security deposit. The total amount you need pay to book down the Apartment for your desired dates is = $650.
