Thanks for your interest in my apartment.
I confirm, it is still free for your dates, 20th to 28th September.
The total amount for your stay is EUR480, for 8-nights @EUR60 per night, which includes cleaning fee and tax. However, my weekly rate is EUR380, which brings down the total amount to EUR440.
To secure the Apartment down for your dates, a 50% prepayment is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due in cash upon arrival. 50% of the rental fee will be (EUR220) + EUR200, a fixed refundable damage security deposit. The total amount you need pay to book down the Apartment for your desired dates is = EUR420.

This person asks for a deposit in order to reserve the property.
This payment is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
