Thanks for your inquiry on our apartment. I will quickly give you a simple description of the apartment so that you can decide if it is ok for your schedule or not. The unit is furnished to the taste of every modern day business minded person. I and my husband wanted to use it personally when he was transferred to work there but he was later transferred back to Washington, so we left together 3months ago with the keys and locked up the place since we still have all our valuable things inside the apartment.

My name is Debra, you can call me Deb. I am originally from St. Andrews Scotland but I fell in love with an American so I married him, we have been married for close to 12years now and we have lovely kids, two boys and a girl, My husband is a civil engineer and he is an hardworking man and is always on the move so I am left to take care of the issue of getting a good tenant for the apartment. The apartment will be free for the next 2 year and 5 months and we are ok with any long or shot term rental.

The apartment is loaded with all the utilities like, wireless internet, electricity, water, refrigerator, water heater, Laundry Facilities, Parking Available, Satellite TV, stove and Oven. Every thing is included in the monthly rent. We made the rent low so that the tenant can help us take good care of the place for the time we will be away.

The entire floors are made of polished fine tiles and it needs cleaning regularly to keep it in form and shining. The fancy lights bring out the beauty at night.

The picture on the wall of the bedroom cost us a lot and need care in handling it. The bed is large enough for 2/3 persons to sleep and the floor will need constant cleaning as well.

When I visited him I was fascinated by the kitchen materials I saw so I equipped my kitchen to the taste of every one that love cooking. But if you don’t want to cook make sure the kitchen is clean and every thing locked up safe for me.

The bathroom is made of tiles all thru and it has every thing you can think of except I don’t know the things you need there that is not included. There is even a cosmetic shelf in the bathroom and it is for both males and females.

First and Last month rent is required as security deposit. If you are staying for just a month maybe we will talk about that after I get your mail. If every thing suits your taste get back to me and let me know so that I can talk over with my husband and get back to you.

I want to believe that you read in the last mail that we are presently in Washington and the keys to this unit is right here as we have valuable things in there and we do not have any agent to show the place.
Meanwhile, the address of the apartment is written in the mail so you can have a drive-by view of the place if you want. Pictures are attached and i believe a good description has been given to you. This is the best proof we can afford right now. We wish we could arrange a viewing and all but this is the situation at hand and we look forward to having an understanding tenant to build a trust based relationship with.
If you want to contuinue with this arrangement, email back. But if our no-viewing arrangement terms doesnt suite you, then it will be a shame that you have to loose this beautifull unit because of trust issue
