Yes, I still have apartment available for rent. More about me: I am a Scientist and Researcher, and I'm a very busy person. I do a lot of traveling due to the nature of my jobs, last week I'm in Barcelona in Spain , and I've also been to Los Angeles, CA in USA but now I'm in London, United Kingdom where I start my new jobs. I've been in the UK earlier this week where I start my new jobs, so for this reason, I won't be living in the apartment anymore, and I haven't lived in the place for too long, so I wouldn't like to leave my place dirty and unkept as I'm out of state to London UK, so I need a clean and responsible tenant, that will help me make my place neat and tidy, and also the person who will help me treat my place like if it's him/her owned in my absence, because I will be here in the UK more than 4 years...
