Thank you for the most eloquent response to my listing, I'm the owner of the apartment you are making inquiry of, Actually i resided in the apartment with my family, before and presently we had packed due to my UNICEF program, and now situated in LONDON and presently my apartment is still available for rent, We try to look for an honest Agent or a Friend that we can give the Keys and document before we left but could not see and we dont want our apartment to be used any how in our Absent that is why i brought the keys along with me here. Pls get back to me on how you could take care of my Apartment or perhaps experience you have in renting apartments, Hope you are okay with the Monthly price which includes all utilities bills Electricity, water, heating, internet, disposal bills, etc.
There is also a Hydro included , Air Conditioning , Assigned / Secured parking ,Fitness facilities , Cable / Satellite , Internet connectivity, Storage locker ,Washing Machine and Fireplace.
Its a spacious and lovely apartment, Utilities are included and Pets are allowed. Kitchen completely equipped ,..

I really appreciate your willingness in renting my apartment and i promise you that you will never regret taking my apartment. My wife and i have taken time to go over your application form and we are so impressed and can't stop having the feeling that my apartment will be well kept by you as promised,i will like you to know that i am OK with your moving in ASAP and i will like us to proceed with the payment and the shipment of the keys and the documents immediately so that the package containing the keys,receipt of your payment and the documents can be delivered to you as soon as possible and you can move in at your own convenient time.
And I will like you to know that you will make the payment of the first month rent and security deposit so that we can ship pout the keys and the document's to you and also we will be sending the following document to you via the (UPS DELIVERY SERVICE) to your present address which you will provided to me now, and the shipment tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package gets on transit so that you can occupy my Apartment,Please once again,we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and i promise you that,you will love it and attached are interior pictures of the Apartment to show you how spacious and beautiful the inside is.

LH listed 1000SF for $750/m USD, and MK $800/m UDS
LH stopped corresponding when I asked for a showing and the next day MK letter showed up
AS THEY (UNFORTUNATELY)SAY: IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.....
Better I figured it out before any money was sent. I had an odd feeling w/ the amount asked 1st + sec. wasn't such a large amount that it would be flagged. How many have seen these postings?
