Room for Rent and other rental scams

I legitimately have property for rent. I have gotten numerous replies from scammers. Please see my copied and pasted emails below. I replied numerous times in order to figure out the scam, and even told her that my father was a lawyer. Just wanted to see how far she'd go. Enjoy!

"Dear Jessica ,

Thanks for the sent property details.

My name is Aziza Abdi born in 1959 in Central Somalia,I am a Muslim
woman and a widow with 2 children.There is no doubt,you are aware of
the crisis Somalia is going through over 20yrs specially the famine
which has killed millions of our citizens,young and old,the European
Union(EU) and United Nations (UN) has been of a great assistance to
Somalia citizens,the current drought ravaging in Somalia,it's a global
concern,the drought has reached its severe peak this year that more
than 50 Somali's dies daily while others trek up to 24kms to Kenya in
search of water.

I have accepted to purchase your property to enable me migrate to your
country with my family for a better new life.I will not be able to
come and inspect the property before payment is made even to appoint
a lawyer or agent to represent me.I want you as the owner of the
property to help me purchase the property,keep it until when i
migrate.I also want you to help me resettle in your country with my
children so that when i come we sign the property legal agreement
together while you transfer the property deeds to me.I need your
assistance to acquire the property and resettle in your country
because i want to give my children the best education and upbringing
which they deserves,a lot of bad things are happening here in the
refuge camp where we are.

What is the lowest price of the property? What i need from you is
honesty,Is there any legal suit on the property? Is the property
jointly owned? I will like you to let me know whether you can be of a
help to my family at this difficult time to enable me make arrangement
with the fiduciary where my late husband kept his cash asset so that
the cash asset will be release to you for the property purchase and to
setup a small scale business for our upkeep in your country.

property from the private fiduciary agent where my husband deposited
it in my name,I will give you all the related documents of the funds
which will enable you to claim the funds and use part of it to
purchase your property for me while the rest of the funds remain with
you until when i relocate to your country we sit down and complete the
transaction.

So let me know whether you can handle this transaction as my
beneficiary so as to detail you on how you will claim the funds on my
behalf to enable you purchase the property for me and hold it until
when i relocate.

from me instead of writing me such a negative email...I also want you

Hello and welcome to Scamwarners! This guy is definately a scammer. He has your real life details and he is a criminal. You should break all contact immediately!
