Thanks so much for your interest,the apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lounge/dining room. The sleeping area consists of one single bed (200). The living room area consists on a table allowing to accommodate up to 5 guests and a lounge with a beautiful sofa, coffee table and a nice decorative fireplace. The bathrooms, very modern has a separate shower and bathtub. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a small eat-in space. To conclude, it is a beautiful apartment in a conducive environment, brandy new, which is perfect for a family who wants to discover Singapore while enjoying a true good life. The location is great and was one of the preferred areas by all American people in the 20s, with cultural attractions in the area,holiday sites, shopping centers ,malls , restaurants and public transportation is just around the corner. I reside in London presently, I have a job here and moved with my family last Summer. I am in London presently and the keys to the apartment is with me here so I will only be able to come to show you round the apartment after seriousness and commitment has been established and shown on your path . The whole apartment cost SGD1300, if you do not wish to rent the whole apartment and would prefer to share, there is an option for you to take one of the 2 rooms and I will get someone else to occupy the other room.Perhaps, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
