Lawn is mowed every week by the community. My house is being listed for rent by me because i am on a Job Transfer to London , United Kingdom . it is being rented out for $500 Monthly(Including Utilities) and a deposit of $500 all pets are welcome based on negotiable deposits.I want a tenant who will take proper care of it as if he/she owns it.
