We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, Our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs. My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, stay away from renting my house.
The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to (manila) Philippines, I will be away with my family for at least 4 to 5 years because of the love I have for them, I have decided not to sell our house and also assuring them that we only have few years to spend here and will be willing to lease it out to person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time. I will start by telling you more in regards me and my family. I have a daughter named Leslie (20yrs) who attended University of Alabama as a medical student,she has a lot going for her and she is also down to earth in all that she does to keep us happy and when she is back home on vacation, she also assist her mom in the house work when am at work. I work as a Robotic Programmer & Welder/Fitter here in (manila) Philippines and got married to a lovely wife who is a member of Joyce Meyer Ministries . We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean freak and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt... we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home.1920 sqft. I have received some proposals regarding the rent because it is located in a very good area of (Lihue),but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take good care of it.It includes facilities such as water and heat laundry facilities, air condition, internet and telephone access and a car park and other necessary facilities, also comes with trash collection, pets are allowed as well as long as they are not destructive.So if you know you are capable of the task,get back to me so that we can provide you with some questions that we would want you to answer.
These 4 bedrooms and 2 baths home are very specious and neat.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
Thanks for your response and interest in renting my property just like i have said earlier in my previous email that am currently out of state and that i just need someone who would really take proper care of my property as if its yours,meanwhile below is the rental application form fill correctly and email back to me so that my Wife and i will take a proper look at your form to know the exact person we are dealing with.The monthly rental fee is $1500per month including the utilities and the security deposit is $1500 which is refundable back to you at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged from my properties.It is not the money that is the main problem but we want you to keep it tidy all the time so that we will be glad to see it neat when we come for a check up.You will only be able to drive by the house for now but not have a look at the interior until we have sent the keys and documents of the house to you.So we wouldn't want any violation on our property if finally rented by you.I hope you understand what am saying here.

Thanks for getting back to me.I just wanted to let you know that we have decided to let you live in our house. As we have found your application very satisfactory and acceptable by my family..So we would want you to go through this email and get back to us on what you feel so we could proceed in renting the house to you.We would like to send the keys and documents of the house to you via FedEx next day delivery to the address you are to send to us and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possibly occupy our house. Please once again, we are giving you this based on trust so please do not disappoint us and i promise you that you will love the house. We are with the needed documents here with us and you will need to make Payment for the security deposit($1500 USD) to enable shipment of the Keys and documents to the address you have provided to us, after which you could move in at your convenience. The rent only starts counting after you move in, please note that the deposit made is fully refundable should in case you finally gain entrance into the house after receiving the keys and documents and feel unsatisfied or uncomfortable with the interior,but i am giving you a benefit of doubt that you will love everything about this lovely home.The deposit will be refunded in less than 24 hours after you request for it.
