How are you doing today? Hope great. It has been a hard time for me and my husband trying to get a nice, honest and responsible person for this our lovely apartment due to the accident I had, the accident which almost destroyed most part of my body especially my legs and my spine, but I thank God today that I am still alive and can least walk again...but I can't talk very well again, the best way I can communicate is through writing but I believe with God all things are possible, I have the faith in him that I will be healed perfectly it is just a matter of time.
The bedroom apartment for rent is still very much available, initially we wanted to sell the apartment but my husband later changed his mind and decided that we rent the apartment out instead of selling it.
My husband, Rev.Thompson Gorman is the rightful owner of the apartment and my husband is presently in west Africa for a missionary work, to care to for the less privileged children, orphans, the physically challenged and to teach them about God and make them have hope about life this will take him about 3 years before he will return back to NY.
I am currently in the UK with my mother who assists me in carrying out most activities due to my present condition. The keys and documents of the apartment are with my husband and he will them to you via FedEx Express Courier service.
The bedroom apartment is a private place and it is not handled by any agent due to the last experience we had with one. We will be glad to rent our apartment to you if only you will agree to take very good care of the apartment for us, which is the most important thing to us cos in the past we've had a horrible experience in renting and we don't wish to experience it again, so if you are really willing to rent from us you will have to deal with us directly, I believe God has a way of working out things if we put our trust in him.
Monthly Rent: $700(Utilities included in the rent)
Security Deposit: $600 (one time payment and refundable going out)
