well the room that i have for rent in my apartment, it is well furnished and comfortable it has a TV connected to a cable,DVD,a double bed for two people conveniently,Large wardrobe storage unit,private toilet and bathroom,parking space,washer and drier, it is air-conditioned,my kitchen is fully equipped also coz i do alot of cooking and so i have microwave,gas cooker,dishwasher,clothes washer and so many for your heating and cooking needs.There is connection to internet via wireless and LAN and also Broadband as well for your computing purpose,so you can come with your laptop.

well the price is 350 euro excluding utilities. However,for utilities which includes:water,gas refill,electricity bill,laundry,parking space and internet charges as well and there are lots more which are not included amounts 50euro including council tax as well So the total to pay monthly is about 400 euro including utilities charges.

Being a first timer in my flat,a security deposit of 600 euro from you as requested by my Lawyer which is to serve as a guarantee of safety of my room either in my presence or absence,which is refundable at the end of your stay in the room if nothing was destroyed either by you or any of your guest who might come in the future.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Well the real amount you are to pay is 1000Euros sorry about the mistake and you can make the security deposit before you arrive to Paris to my Lawyers Bank account in other to secure the apartment and for you to be sure that the apartment has been reserved for you prior your arrival.

There is no problem if you want to stay in my apartment once you get to Paris since you will be securing the apartment i really don't have problem with that.

Well i am a non smoker,i love to read and play games,i love computing,cooking and enjoy watching people enjoy my meal and see them happy eating and finishing it,I enjoy going to the beach during weekends and also love music and watch movies at my spare time or go to cinemas,I am a degree holder in Human and environmental sciences and thus i am furthering my career in the university doing my masters as well and working as well as an analyst and a researcher,so i do not stay home that much except weekends mostly Sundays this is due to the fact that i go to school after work daily including Saturdays as well.
