This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. How are you doing? I sent the photo of the main bedroom and other bedroom since is 2 bedroom. You need to send me your information such as full name, address, copy of identity and as soon as i receive this, i will send you the rental contract. I understand the point of view about the payments but i want you to understand that there are many potential tenants that want to rent the apartment but since you are interested and the apartment details is suitable to what you are looking for and i like everything you said about yourself, so i consider you can be a good tenant in the apartment, after reading the contract and you sign and filled, you have to make deposit payment of the first month and security (the security deposit is refundable when you arrive in Bologna), this will also show guarantee that you really have interest in the apartment and want to rent and the apartment will be reserve and available till when you arrive in Bologna, you can occupy the apartment on 24th and the apartment is exactly as it is in the photo i sent to you but there must be a guarantee that you really want to rent the apartment as i said earlier on, i can't leave the apartment open till when you will be here without any guarantee. I'm real man of my words and i believe in honesty and sincerity.

The room have a good exterior, all the room has enough light and also desk in each room. I will also be glad to have you as a tenant in the apartment. For the reservation,find attached the rental contract.Please read to see if you agree with the terms and conditions.If you do,you will fill in your details on the first page & sign at the last page and then send to me so i can sign also.You will then make an advance deposit payment of first month and security through bank transfer to the caretaker bank details, is very easy, fast, secured,reliable.This stands as a guarantee not only to show how interested you are but also that you are financially capable to pay the rent and deposit upon meeting me and there won't be any sort of issues regarding payment.

I agree with you about the arrangement, so here's the caretaker bank details you will transfer the money to and as soon as you do that, send me the signed contract with the payment receipt for confirmation and i can sign also and send you the room receipt.
