Thanks for your interest in my apartment. I am a retired professional piano/music theory teacher, I'm easy going and friendly and also God fearing. I like Music and have deep interests in travelling. I respect every religion and love to hang around with people and i am definitely not a trouble maker and very helpful in nature. This is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom furnished apartment and is located in a very cool and lovely environment with five (5) appliances including dishwasher with in-suite laundry and plenty of storage space and parking space, professional and mature neighbors ensure peaceful living arrangements. Freshly painted and immaculately clean.
The rent per month is $500 monthly including utilities and $480 deposit.I would like you to tell me your renting experience and how you can take very good care of the apt.I was wondering maybe i can send you the application form for you to fill out so that we can discuss how to ship out the keys and the document to you.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The apartment is very much available for rent and the rental fees is $500.00 per month including utilities for the whole of the apartment and the deposit is $480.00, i want you to know that i appreciate your expression.So, i want you to stick to your words and again i will like to tell you that there is no way you can view the interior because the keys and the document is here with me in Covington- Louisiana and you can driveby and view the exterior of the apartment for you to know where the apartment is located and i have attached the pictures of the interior pics for you to have an idea how the inside looks like.

I shall be giving you the apartment for rent,pls again take care of the apartment so that i will be glad when coming at the end to see how you are really taking good care of the apt.
However,if you are ready to rent the apartment now,then that will not be a problem but i will advice you due to a responsible person like you, to be able to afford the two month rent and deposit now ($1480) and also I would like to send the following document to you via courier Service to the address you send to me and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possible occupy our apartment,Pls once again,i am giving you this on trust and do not dissappoint me and i promise you that,you will love the apartment.
So,I am below with the document and i will like to know whether you are ready for the payment of this two month rent and deposit because i shall be coming by any time but not too soon to check on you so that i can know how you take care of my apartment for me.

Ps;Since you are ready to move in by Oct 1st that wont be a problem because you can still receive the keys and document before your move in date.All you have to do is make the payment for the two month and deposit which you will get a month free,as soon as i confirm your payment i will ship the keys and document to the address you fill in the application Next Day Delivery.I also attach the copy of the Lease Agreement for you to sign and get back to me.
