really cool and lovely sunny flat,fully furnished:TV, washing

beds.and all communication possibilities,gas heating. Internet
facility is available.where are you coming from?

Including separate kitchen with all modern appliances including a
dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large bathroom with a
bathtub and power shower and another separate Toilet

a) make the premises available and accessible to the Tenant no later then the first day of the rental agreement term.

7. Breach of rental agreement

If Tenant should fail to perform any of the terms of this agreement, Landlord should give Tenant written notice of this breach requiring Tenant to remedy the breach or vacate the premises on a date at least two (2) weeks after the giving of such notice.

8. Early termination of rental agreement by Tenant or Landlord

Tenant must give Landlord written notice at least two (2) months in advance if he wishes to terminate the rental agreement before the end of the agreed rental term (as stipulated under section 3).

When Tenant is not in breach of this rental agreement, Landlord must give Tenant written notice at least two (2) months in advance if he wishes to terminate the rental agreement before the end of the agreed rental term (as stipulated under section 3).

9. Entire agreement

No modification, alteration, amendment, change or addition to this rental agreement shall be binding unless contained in a writing signed by both parties.

It is very useful to know that this e-mail address is still being used.

If you receive mail from "Landlords" asking you to pay before viewing, then they will be scam attempts. Please post the suspicious mail for others to find.
