Thanks for your response,my name is Rebecca, my husband owned the Flats you're interested to rent, we are given it out for rent but we are looking for a responsible/trustworthy person that will take very good care of the house properties for us. It was due to my husband transfer that makes us leave the house, as we are not after the money for the rent but we wanted it to be well clean n tidy all the time, and interested person that will rent it will promise us he/she would take care of the house as if it was his/her own!
So, for now i am here in our new house in Glasgow, Scotland with the keys/documents of the house we're renting out... We try to look for a trustworthy agent that we can give the keys/documents before we left but could not see, and we don't want our house to be used any how while we are here, Because our former agent try to sale our flats, at the same time he always rent it out to tenants with different price we told him to rent it out, that is why we took the keys and documents with us the last we time went home! And as you know that my husband's over in Africa for a mission of God, so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the house for us? Because we've had a bad experience trying to rent this Apartment out to someone as we are currently out of the flat so i want you to know that we are doing everything to protect the same thing being happened again because it cost me alot of stress as we have to send the keys out to the tenant and we didn't hear from them anymore not knowing that they've already living in the house until the bills notification came to my email and it was higher than usual and our property was also stolen!

I am pretty sure you have the flats address, you can go and have a look at the building but you'll not be able to enter or view inside because its locked at the moment, and i have the keys and documents here with me.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys.
2)Paper/Permanent Flat form (Containing your reference details).
3)The Flat documented file.
4)Payment Receipt.
5)Full address and description of the house.
Note all flats utilities are working properly water,high speed internet,washer,dryer, electricity and so on are intact, its a flat you'll really enjoy, you will never regret of renting from us!
