The apartment has 2 bedroom and the whole flat cost $700 per month so i am willing to rent the flat out.. firstly i will like to know how long you want to stay in my apartment,because i'm not in Vancouver, BC now, as i'm in the Manchester England now because i just secured a new job here in England as a Project Supervisor and i will be renting it out for a long time now, is available as long as you want to stay,It cost $700 per month which include the utilities in the apartment. The rooms are spacious and greatly furnished two bedrooms, hardwood floor plus secured parking, Furnished with: ***Washer & Dryer, fridge and Stove, TV, Internet,AC,Heater,cooker and lot more.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and cool environment, it is a 2 bedroom with a kitchen,toilet and bathroom and a living room,the whole flat cost $700 per month with a security deposit of $500 which is refundable at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged from my properties, also the apartment is located at:- 706 W 13 Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Z 4E4 Canada


MY TERMS AND CONDITION ARE:
1.PETS ALLOWED.
2.I WILL NOT ALLOW ARROGANT
3.CLEANINGS AND TIDINESS IS IMPORTANT.
