Got to know about your pasted advert on my ad's via share-accommodation.net. I am here by contacting you to let you know about my available 2bedroom flat which is presently available for rent to either male or female/couple or family. and you can stay a minimum of 3 month and a maximum of 1year.

More so, The property is fully furnished with bills included, the rent is: $1000 AUD Per Month/ Security Deposit: $600 AUD). The flat has a 24 inch flat screen Tv /dvd/cd player, fully air conditioning including washing machine/ Dishwasher,telephone line, high speed internet facilities, balcony,Dryer,microwave, it also has a Private entrance,packing space. Private Bath, Phone jack, TV, Cable jack, Closet Gym.etc. The 2 big bedroom about 12sqm. both rooms are furnished and in quiet place,

It is also available for sharing if you are willing to rent just a room but presently the 2bedroom flat is vacant, and the price for a room will be $500 AUD per month including of all bill and amenities.
