Thanks for your interest. I have available the apartment but now I'm in London, UK with my job . I will stay here for 3 years, so this is the reason why I want to rent the apartment. The apartment is situated in 1102/132 Alice Street, Brisbane, Qld 4000. The rent for 1 month is $700 per the whole apartment including all utilities (water, electricity,gas,internet,cable, parking) and the minimum contract is for 2 months. The first payment will be for 2 months $1400 + $1000 security bond. You can move in the apt in the same day you receive the keys. I must inform you that the keys from my apartment are with me and I hope that we will find a way to make this happen.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Obviously we need a way to complete this deal that will allow us to make sure we receive what we want after. I have found a way for us to complete the deal safe and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called CSA shipping (http://www.csa-shipping.tk) <- Fake courier site. which will handle both payment and delivery of the keys. Their services are similar with Fedex, DHL or UPS and they have a branch office near my house. Also, this procedure will allow you to inspect the apartment and decide if you want to keep it before I receive the first deposit.
Let me know if you are interested please because I really need to take care of this matter by the end of the next week.

I don't want any money in advance.. You will send the money to CSA company, you will see the apartment and if you want to rent it, after that I will receive the money from CSA company.
Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away.I will explain to you step by step how this will work .
1) First you will have to send me your full name and address. I will need them for the shipping.
2) I go to the CSA store and leave the Keys and the contract onto your name as the intended receiver.
3) CSA will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
4) CSA will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
5) At this point you will have to go to a Western Union Agent Location and make a money deposit on the CSA payment agent name for the amount we agreed ( $1400 first 2 months + $1000 security bond).
6) After you make the deposit you will have to send the info about the money deposit to CSA (MTCN, sender's name and address)
7) CSA will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8) After you receive the package , You will go and check the apt and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if all is in order you will instruct CSA to send me the informations about the money deposit and I will be able to receive the funds . If you don`t like the apt they will send your money back to you and you will send them the keys and the contract to them.
I will pay CSA for the shipping and you will pay Western Union for the Money Transfer fee .
