Thanks for your contacting me in regarding of my home for rent, I owned the home you are interested in.Though i was intending to sell out the place but my wife advised to put it up for rent at a low price ($700) including all utilities. it is fully furnished so, that interested renter will have enough to take good care of the house.It is still available for rent with fully equiped kichen and close to every where and it is located at (Downtown Richards st.) but I will only be interested in renting it out to a very caring person that will take very good care of the home, I work with S.G.S Group and am just been posted to London, England with my wife and our only son, likewise the keys and the document of the property are here with us in London, England. so i hope you will promise me to take very good care of the home, also you can rent it for long time as you wishes because my contract here is going to stay up 4 to 5 years.Kindly get back to my wife Janet via [email protected] for pictures, address and proper attention, as i will be busy with work schedule.
